Byrd Barr Place’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) began a new program year on November 20, 2013.   At that time, eligible Seattle residents who pay for their electric, oil, wood, gas, coal or propane may apply for financial assistance to subsidize their home heating costs.  The appointment line accepts new appointments at 8am on the first business day of the week. To learn more, visit our Energy Assistance page.
