October 1st marks the opening of the 2012-2013 Energy Season here at Byrd Barr Place, with applications for Puget Sound Energy gas customers now available. Assistance payments with LIHEAP for Seattle City Light and other vendors will begin in early December 2012. Continue to check our website for updated information.
