Help people move out of poverty

At Byrd Barr Place, we provide structured opportunities for volunteers to contribute in meaningful and gratifying ways. We base volunteer relationships on shared expectations, and are respectful of volunteers’ time and commitments.

How to Apply

Please fill out our online volunteer application, once it is submitted and reviewed we will invite you to attend a volunteer orientation to learn about our services and meet our community. We will review volunteer policies and procedures and ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement.
